I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with pleasant surprises like a room facing the pool and sun beds for the week on the beach. The extended check-out time until 6 pm on the last day was a nice touch.
Arriving at the hotel, our room wasn't ready until 09:30, but when we saw the stunning view, it was worth the wait. The staff seemed overwhelmed, trying to accommodate as many guests as possible, even sending some to nearby less appealing accommodations. The sea view from our room was breathtaking.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were very high quality, really nice, and spacious. The staff was incredible, always smiling and working hard. The location was perfect for exploring the city. The dining experience was the only downside, but I found the Italian grilled meat delicious.

The staff, especially the bar team sürmeli and Hakan, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location is ideal, being close to the beach, city center, and main attractions. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, with limited options available.
